In a city like Bombay everyone hiding behind glorious masks. Reality remains unseen and unsought for in this era of filters and social media. We didn’t know when that seeped into our lives. And we started wearing be jewelled masks to hide who we are. Personality and reality has taken a backseat. Covering ourselves with superlatives and superficial things like luxury materials and glitter is the new normal even if that means losing ourselves. No one wants to see the real as the glamour is more pleasing to the eye and contributes to richer economy as it AIDS consumerism. Buying things, dawning things, becoming beings who buy and wear things they don’t need to impress people is the gross outcome of today’s time. my concept revolves around the same.
